Linda has a Bachelors in Secondary Education from Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Practical Ministries/Pastoral Counseling from Cincinnati Christian University

Career Background
Linda began her professional career as a Junior High Social Studies teacher in Batesville, IN where she taught for 8 years. After the birth of her youngest son, Linda spent 4 years in her most valuable role as a full time wife and mother. After years of serving in volunteer roles at Bright Christian, the Lord called Linda into full time ministry in January 1999.  Linda served as Bright Christian’s Children’s Minister for 11 ½ years until shifting into a new role as Family Life Director in June 2010.

Walking, Reading, Spending time with my family, hanging out with kids.

THE BEST PART ABOUT MY JOB
I now have the privilege of working with the whole family helping both adults and children grow in their relationship with God and connect to the Body of Christ.  Planting seeds of faith and helping them grow in fertile, healthy soil is, to me, the goal and blessing of Family Life Ministry. (Matthew 13:1-23)

INTERESTING THINGS TO KNOW
Grew up Catholic including 12 years of Catholic schools.  My Senior High religion teacher and dear friend, Sr. Lea, always told me I’d make a great nun much to the teasing of most of my friends.  I guess maybe she wasn’t too far off (except for the husband and children part of the deal).
