children's ministry | Sundays Welcome! Welcome to Faithville - the home of Bright Christian Church’s Children’s Ministry. Hopefully, you have had the opportunity to browse our website and learn more about this all important ministry. Children are a top priority at Bright Christian Church, and we would love to help your family in any way we can. If you are new to the area or to Bright Christian please feel free to give us a call. New faces and surroundings are sometimes hard on children, and there are some things we can do to help. It is easier for a child to step into a new atmosphere if they have checked it out before. We can visit your child’s room, set up a time to meet and chat, even fill out visitor forms ahead of time- whatever it takes to help your family feel at home. If you would like to set up a time to meet or tour our facilities ahead of time give Linda Hutchinson a call at 637-3388. Feel free to print off the registration forms ahead of time and have them ready when you arrive. There are two forms that you possibly may need. Children 0 Through 6th Grade Parents with children 0 thru 6th grade are asked to fill out a Faithville Visitor Form. This is to help us get to know your child better as well as alert us to any special allergies or instructions. Nursery If you have a child in our Nursery Ministry you will also be asked to fill out a Tiny Tots Registration form to be kept in your child’s room. This form is very important for your child’s safety and security and referred to often by our trained volunteers. Visitor's Pass Lastly, if your child is new to Bright Christian Church we ask that you stop by our Faithville Welcome Center FIRST before taking your child to class. There your child will be checked in and given a Faithville Visitor pass. This allows your child to enter their classroom and identifies them as a new, special friend to their teacher. Faithville volunteers have been directed to refer children not on their printed attendance sheets to the Welcome Center. After a child consistently attends their same class for 4 weeks, they are then added to the pre-printed sheets. Please be patient with us as we get to know you and your child and help them get connected to God and to Faithville.
