CLUB
CREW is a group of committed 5th and 6th graders who are trained to do
a variety of service-orientated jobs during Sunday mornings and
Wednesday evenings. Volunteer opportunities include being apart
of the Jr. Tech Ministry which runs sound and video for all Children’s
Worship and Basic Training events. These CLUB 56ers learn the
basics of running audio and visual equipment and what it means to be
part of a volunteer team.
Another
CLUB CREW opportunity for 5th and 6th graders is working in one of the
toddler or preschool rooms. Boys and girls are trained how to
work with toddlers and preschoolers and are giving the opportunity to
be “extra” helpers in the room alongside trained and screened
adults.
All CLUB CREW
volunteers are required to attend a Sunday school class and/or adult
worship as well as serve on any given Sunday. Like all
volunteers, preteens must be spiritually “fed” through class or worship
before they can help “feed” others.
Any CLUB 56 student interested in serving on CLUB CREW can contact Renee Caldwell for information on the next training session and when the next schedule will begin.
